My poor sister-in-law just looks on as their lovely apartment got "The Ugly Treatment". the once sunny yellow walls were covered with peel and stick wallpaper and made to look like a NY tennament. The rust and grease stains were made with water-based tempera paint and colored hairspray. All temporary and washable.
